Q: Do you charge extra to look after pets on Bank Holidays, Christmas day etc?
A: No I charge the same price 365 per year – Christmas day included, and the pets receive the same love, time and attention 365 per year too. However all days are charged for. If you can’t collect your pet until Tuesday due to the Monday being a Bank Holiday, you will pay for boarding up until and including the Tuesday.
Q: My rabbit is staying inside the log cabin. Will he/she have the opportunity to exercise outside of their hutch?
A: Yes, rabbits who want to are welcome to roam the log cabin under our supervision while we clean / tidy their hutch on a daily basis. We also like to use this time to health check, brush, cuddle and play.
Q: I’ve never left my pets before and am really worried about leaving them. Can I settle him/her into their hutch myself?
A: Yes of course!! I am 100% confident that you will leave my house feeling much, much better. I have never known a rabbit or guinea pig not to settle in perfectly. I guarantee they will have a peaceful, relaxing holiday with me and will want for nothing. Once owners get to know me and have confidence in my service, pets are usually left with me in the house. You have nothing whatsoever to worry about… read my customer reviews!
